The Bangor region ymca is a community leader in supporting children, adults, and families in their lifelong quest for physical, emotional, and social wellness. Now in its 157th year, the Bangor region ymca in downtown Bangor continues to serve thousands of mainers of all ages and income levels across Eastern and Northern maine.
