Western Maine Community Action, inc.'s mission is to act as a representative of, and to advocate with and for people, on issues that affect them; to provide quality services to meet identified human needs in the most cost effective way possible; to promote sensitivity and to foster cooperation within programs, organizations, and communities in meeting the needs of people; and to mobilize and work with all resources in developing innovative solutions to Community problems.
