To educate its members and the general public in the principles of safety in the use of snowmobiles. To promote better understanding between snowmobile owners and the general public as to the proper use of snowmobiles. To encourage the use of snowmobiles and the establishment of snowmobile trails in a manner that will result in a minimum effect on the environment. To promote among all snowmobilers a greater respect for the rights of landowners and aother winter sport enthusiasts. To encourage among its members and appreciation of the natural and scenic areas of our state and the need for thier protection. To promote community activites and involvement.
