The mission and purpose of Alton Community Services is to provide relief to the poor, the distressed or underprivileged throughout Alton and the surrounding area by meeting their physical and spiritual needs through the provision of food, clothing, furniture or referral Services to other charitable organizations, local churches and federal, state and local government sponsored assistance programs.
