To provide a direct avenue of communication between parents and teachers for the planning and execution of appropriate educational and social activities. To provide the best environment for our children while striving to maintain the highest quality of education possible. To encourage parental involvement and cohesiveness of families and to promote closer relationships with other agencies concerned with the improvement of education for the students at SCOTCH Elementary.
