To function as a learning center that will provide information on all aspects of Caribbean culture. To involve neighborhood adults/ederly and youths in a lecture series on the history and development of Caribbean carnival, musical instruments and folk dance. To link with other community based organization that will provide additional Cultural information for Caribbean and non-carribern people.
