To increase the opportunity, knowledge and effectiveness of its members; to better the members' training, education and equipment; to plan for the adults and youths of the community; to uphold the honor and integrity of the Police profession; to advance Police education and Police science; to devise methods and activities that will assist in curbing juvinille delinquency, and; to conduct and transact the business of the Police association.
