The Vermont Council of Developmental and Mental Health Services promotes a statewide non-profit system of community-based agencies providing Mental Health, substance use, and intellectual and Developmental disabilities.the Council, through its member agencies, works to ensure access to a high-quality continuum of support Services in every community throughout the state.the Council also strives to improve the Health and safety of our communities through socially responsible alliances and partnerships, information share, education and advocacy at the federal, state, and local levels.to provide statewide leadership for an integrated, high quality system of comprehensive Services and supports.
