Stonebridge Property Owners Association Inc

Section 4. Purpose. The purposes for which the association is formed are: a:to manage, maintain, care for, repair, and improve, as necessary, the roads in all phases of the Stonebridge development located in ashe county, north carolina; b:to manage, interpret and enforce, as necessary the restrictive covenants, that apply to properties located in the Stonebridge development; c:to establish, fix, levy, assess, collect and disburse such dues, special assessments and/or charges as may be necessary in order to perform the purposes that are set forth above.
