Modest Foundation

The Modest Foundation exists to promote healthy communities by helping them become and stay healthy. We believe that a person's health must be looked at holistically and approached from an entire being. A person is at their best when they feel safe in their community, physically well because they practice healthy habits, and mentally stable because they address lives stressors. Most people do not know there are services available to them, free or paid for by their insurance, that will help them. The Modest Foundation works to bridge the gap between the communities we serve people and the valuable resources that are available.
