To provide adequate Housing facilities on a non-proft basis for the use and occupancy of Elderly, aged, or handicapped persons and other services specially designed to meet the physical, social and psychological needs of the Elderly, aged and handicapped and to promotetheir health, security, happiness in longer living, the charges for such Housing and services insofar as contributions, bequests or income of the corporation make this possible.
