For the majority of FY16, the organization was maintaining a building and continuing to devote resources to provide alcohol, nicotine, and other drug education to schools and colleges. During FY16, the organization sold its land and building and transferred the net proceeds to hazelden foundation in accordance with the requirement by the mass. Attorney general's public charity division to further the mission of the program. As a result, the organization carried a small cash balance which was transferred to hazelden foundation. Subsequently, in september of 2022 the organization was dissolved.
