The Mary Immaculate Adult Day Health Center was originally formed to provide a wide array of Health and social services, structured activities, and educational programs to frail, mostly low-income, elders and persons with disabilities. Staff nurses and social workers coordinated medical and social needs of participants. Effective the year ending December 31, 2022, in order to improve the quality of care and to seize opportunities from economies of scale, all the Center's operations and assets were moved into an affiliate organization, the MI Nursing Restorative Nursing Center. Accordingly, for the period covered by this Form 990, the Mary Immaculate Adult Day Health Center was inactive. As of the end of this tax year, the Adult Day Health Center has not yet been formally terminated as a standing entity.
