The organization provides this service to low-to-moderate income individuals or families living in Falmouth who earn 80% of the median incoem or less. With the focus towards small strategic projects, the organization acquires property and creates Housing to fit into the landscape of the community. This Housing may be rented or sold to qualifying individuals at afforable prices.
