Cape COD Lighthouse Charter School Inc

To develop programs, services and other activities which primarily assist the citizens and communities represented by the Cape COD Lighthouse Charter School, to research, design and conduct such programs to provide social, educational, technological, recreational and other similar benefits to the citizens and communities of the towns of the Cape COD Lighthouse Charter School; to apply for and obtain and contract with any private entity or any governmental agency for a loan or grant or other form of financial aid; to acquire by gift or purchase, hold, sell, assign, mortgage or lease any property, real or personal, necessary or incidental to the operation of such programs or services; to engage in such other charitable, literary educational or scientific activites as the corporation may from time to time determine and to engage in any kind of activity and to enter into, perform and carry out contracts of any kind necessary or, incidental to carrying on the corporation's purpose.
