To maintain and protect the property owned by bpw, inc. in new braintree, north brookfield, oakham and spencer, ma, which includes land under Brooks Pond as well as property adjacent to the pond, including the beach located at the south end of Brooks Pond which is made available to the public for recreational purposes.
