To stimulate and support the creation and implementation of innovative Education programs and enrichment activities, that are outside of normal and expected public funding, for the benefit of students of the Westborough, ma, public schools; to create and maintain a fund to provide grants to implement such programs and activities and to enlist support for students of the Westborough public schools.
