Quincy Telecommunications Corporation Inc

The Quincy Telecommunications corporation inc. (qtc) was formed in 1996 to serve the communication needs of residents, educational institutions, governmental bodies and not-for-profit organizations in the city of Quincy. It is charged with the responsibility of establishing procedures to facilitate and maximize the availability of access channel resources to the residents and institutions of Quincy. Qtc is recognized by the irs as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and fulfills its mission in part through Quincy access television, by providing training on, and access to video production equipment and facilities, as well as other communication technologies, and channel/broadcast time on the local cable television system.
