To identify spiritual and relational needs in the northeastern region of the United States and to minister to those needs by networking existing ministries, creating new ministries, assisting those ministry organizations with teaching and training resources, and providing opportunities for spiritual and personal restoration through worship and prayer experiences on a regional level.
