To promote Collaborative Law, which resolves legal conflicts with cooperative, rather than confrontational techniques, and in which lawyers do not litigate, thereby encouraging parties to reach agreements in a creative and respectful manner. To educate the public and the legal community about the process and value of Collaborative Law.
