Journal publishing: acquire, catalog, preserve and disseminate Genealogical and historical infor-mation through monthly programs with presentations, special interest groups and workshops. Special interest groups include computer users, dna, Irish, German, writers & Cape COD families. Library: maintain online databases, I.e., New England historic and genealogy society, ancestry.com and fold3.com are available at the library that houses the acquired Genealogical and historical book collections. Programs and workshops: annual meeting, monthly meetings and workshops, research trips. Meetings provide knowledgeable speakers and recognizing and honoring member achievements. Classes and workshops support society members and public in learning in Genealogical experiences. Coordinating with family search in the scanning of probate records in barnstable courthouse & other Genealogical books/records.
