Civic provides school facilities development services and loan funding for charter schools in the u.s. These activities focus on charter schools that provide immediate and much needed academic options to some of the most under resourced communities in the country. In 2024 Civic reached significant milestones with two successful school projects including the construction of the urban assembly charter school for computer science building in New York as well as beginning the construction of the mecca business learning institute building in maryland.
