Alba Care Services Inc

The agency began operations in june 2008. It operates a foster family program within the riverside and san bernardino counties that offer foster care for abused, neglected and abandoned children through Services delivered by private families.the foster parents are trained, supervised and supported by the agency's staff. The children also receive ongoing conseling from the agency's social workers. The goal is to have the children reach and maintain a level of behavior which will allow them the opportunity to function productively in society.
