Oak CLIFF Cemetery Association

The sole purpose of the corporation as stated in its certificate of incorporation and in its bylaws is to own, operate, and maintain the Oak CLIFF Cemetery, hawthorne avenue, derby, ct; the elm street Cemetery, elm street, ansonia; and the colonial burying ground, derby avenue, derby, ct. The corporation opened graves for lot owners as necessary. The corporation expended funds to maintain the various Cemetery's under budgets approved by the board of directors. The corporation's purpose was achieved by its activities.
