Village Foundation Inc

The mission of the Village foundation, as stated in its certificate of incorporation, is to benefit and uphold, promote and further the welfare, programs and activities of bgv, to acquire, improve, hold and lease to bgv any real or personal property useful to the accomplishment of the purposes of the Village foundation or bgv and to receive and accept public and private gifts, trusts, donations, grants and loans to promote the purposes of the Village foundation or bgv. In addition, the certificate of incorporation of the Village foundation requires that, at all times, at least one member of the board of directors of the Village foundation must also be on the board of directors of bgv.
