Summary of direct charitable activities: Everyday leaders program: in may 2024, hartford-area leaders participated in the pilot cohort of Everyday leaders, a leadership capacity- building program designed to teach community engagement skills, strengthen local leaders' power, and deepen collaboration. Multipartial facilitation training: in fall 2024, we piloted our first multipartial facilitation training for experienced facilitators. Participants enhanced their facilitation skills through assessments, collaborative discussions, reflective exercises, and hands-on practice. Additional accomplishments: our organization actively shared expertise through multiple high-profile speaking engagements and collaborations on various panels and podcasts, sharing our perspective on dialogue as a tool for finding shared humanity and practicing Democracy.
