Unite the members of the Wilton Police department in a fraternal, social and Benevolent association for their mutual benefit, protection and improvement, to promote good will among its members; to foster, cultivate and improve the social, educational and occupational relations of the members; to increase and broaden the interest of the members in the pursuit of the Police profession; to encourage and foster high standards in Police work and to improve the standards of efficiency of the members; to gather receive and disseminate useful information; to sponsor, conduct, arrange and supervise athletic, recreational and social activities; to contribute to charitable organizations and to assist, by financial or other help, sick, disabled or needy Police officers or former Police officers or members of their families.
