The purpose of the corporation shall be exclusively educational and charitable within the meaning of section 201 of the New York not-for-profit corporation law of the state of New York and section 501(c)(3) of the United States internal revenue code of 1954, as amended, and not for pecuniary profit or financial gain. The specific purpose for which the corporation is formed is exclusively to support the educational programs of fordham university school of law. In support of the educational programs, the corporation may provide Legal representation, provided that such representation is consistent with and determined by, the educational needs and programs of such school.
