The organization is organized exclusively for the purposes of public charity. The corporation will distribute food and clothing and provide pregnancy testing to the poor without regard to race, creed or color. Through cooperation with other community organizations and social agencies it shall assist in providing an improved environment that will enhance the opportunity for development of every citizen.
