To assist and promote businesses on Culver road, Merchants road, and conklin avenue, including filling unused/vacant commercial space and maintaining a positive image and physical appearance in the area to attract goodwill and support of the community residents. To assist association businesses with regulatory procedures, foster a spirit of fraternalism and promote physical improvement of the neighborhood.
