Pathfinders provides recovery services to individuals and their families impacted by substance use and other addiction disorders. Pathfinders empowers individuals to overcome substance use and other addiction disorders to achieve long-term recovery by providing a supportive community, guidance, and resources for a healthier and more fulfilling life. Our purpose is to: Maintain a safe environment which fosters a culture of hope, resilience and community Offer inclusive and accessible recovery-based meetings, programs and activities Provide personalized recovery coaching, life skills development and recovery support services Partner with community organizations to connect individuals with vital resources and services Engage in recovery advocacy activities and events
