To produce public, educational, and governmental (peg) access programming for the residents and organizations of the six communities of the island of martha's Vineyard. In addition, the organization allocates channel space and time to residents to cablecast programming as well as provide training to residents and organizations in the use of the peg access facilities and equipment.
