A housing facility for persons who, because of age, illness or infirmity require additional support services in order to maintain an independent high quality of life pursuant to the rules and regulations now or hereafter adopted for "enhanced housing" programs in the state of New York or who require assisted living services; and to serve people of limited income or to otherwise provide housing, food, and essential services to persons in need. There are 66 units available for assisted living residents and 200 apartments for independent living residents.
