The Greater Westhampton Historical Museum

Collect, curate, preserve, and own artifcats, specimens, and/or archival materials pertaining to the history of Eastern long island, particularly the Greater Westhampton area including but not lmited to, non-tangible electronic, video, and digital items (hereinafter "collection"); operate and maintain one or more museums in which the collection can be housed and exhibited to individuals, students, and the general public on an ad hoc and regular schedule; research and interpret the history of Eastern long island through exhibitions, educational programs, events, and publications; and to advocate for the preservation of historic structures and sites.
