Regency Park association, inc. ("association") was formed exclusivelywithin the meaning of section 501(c)(4) of the internal revenue code,operating primarily for the purpose of bringing about civicbetterment and social improvements and to do all the things necessaryfor and incidental to the accomplishments of the purposes and goalsof the association.the association's stated purpose, pursuant to article three of thearticles of incorporation, is to acquire, equip, manage, maintain,and repair the common areas for the Regency Park north office parklocated in hillsborough county, Florida. The owners of the property,which the common area surrounds, pay the association quarterly basedon budgeted costs. Any overage or shortfall in payments receivedfrom the surrounding property owners are either refunded or billedadditionally on an annual basis. Pursuant to the articles ofincorporation, article three, the association is not permitted tomake a profit.
