On WINGS Like a Dove Inc

OWLAD provides a ministry to loved ones of prodigals and to prisoners while actively reaching out to the prodigals and the prisoners. OWLAD works to provide biblically based growth and emotional support to the families of prodigals and prisoners. OWLAD also provides transitional program for accepted men and women exiting the NC Prison System through a program called On WINGS of Hope (OWOH). OWOH provides re-entry support and housing for a one-year period.
