Community Resource Exchange

Community Resource Exchange (CRE) is a nonprofit consulting organization that strengthens the effectiveness and sustainability of nonprofit organizations. CRE provides consulting, leadership development, and capacity-building services that help nonprofit leaders improve strategy, management, and organizational performance so they can better serve their communities. CRE partners with nonprofit organizations, foundations, and public agencies to strengthen organizational infrastructure and leadership. Through consulting engagements, coaching, and cohort-based learning programs, CRE supports organizations in strategic planning, leadership development, team effectiveness, and operational improvement.
