NAICA's mission is to build and maintain affordable housing, to provide housing mediation and legal representation to area residents and to help them become active and contributing citizens, and to provide educational- Cultural programs aimed at bringing together the myriad cultures that make up the Bronx while providing the necessary skills to gain for them meaningful employment and/or higher educational opportunities.
