The organization was incorporated to develop green affordable Housing with services and to preserve existing affordable Housing; to insure access to benefit programs and services in support of maintain rent affordability. Home ownership and tenant/landlord relations for low-income families; to carry out studies and planning for the purpose of improving Housing conditions for low-income families; and to work with community groups and government entities to improve the Housing conditions in the Northwest Queens county.
