In keeping with the vision of the founders of Penn South - a low to moderate-income not-for-profit housing cooperative of close to 5000 individuals in a six-block enclave in Manhattan's chelsea neightborhood - Penn South Social Services (PSSS) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of all who live in its community and its surrounding area. PSSS enables older adults to "age in place and live independently in their own homes.
