Midatlantic Bonsai Societies Inc (MABS) was created for the sole purpose of producing a public 3-day weekend Bonsai festival mid-April of every year to display and teach the art of Bonsai through lecture/demonstrations, workshops and Bonsai exhibits and critiques. We hire world famous master Bonsai artists to give lecture/demonstrations, workshops and critiques. Excess funds are distributed to the 11 sponsoring Bonsai Societies to fund their continuing efforts in training and educating interested persons in the art of Bonsai.
