Huntington House Housing Development Fund Corporation

Huntington House Housing Development fund corporation ("hdfc") was organized under the not-for-profit corporation law of the state of New York for the purpose of providing transitional Housing for homeless women and homeless families. Huntington House Housing Development fund corporation has been reclassified as a supporting organization as defined in code section 509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986. The organization is operated, supervised, and controlled by women's prison association and home, inc. ("wpa") (ein: 13-5596836). As such, Huntington House Housing Development fund is classifed as a type I organization.
