EIN 13-3890729 · Snapshot of IRS recognition, filing currency, financial health, and governance.
On 11/1/2024 the NY State Department filed the Certificate of Dissolution, A "Plan for Dissolution with Assets" for Street Project was approved by the NY AG office in April 2023 and was executed in Sep 2023 through transfer of assets to NY Cares. Previous to dissolution, Street Project was a community of volunteers that provides young professionals in New York City with a variety of flexible opportunities to give back to their community and connect with other volunteers. Street Project bridged the gap between partner organizations in need of volunteers and/or programming and enthusiastic people looking to get involved in their community. Street Project's volunteer events expanded the capacity of community service based organizations in New York City both by meeting volunteer demands and by adding new programming.
