Gbchealth is not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to increase and leverage the resources, expertise, influence and infrastructures of the business sector to address major global health challenges, including emerging issues such as new pandemics, antimicrobial resistance, and impact of climate change on health. Gbchealth accomplishes its mission by supporting companies through the following approaches: convening and connecting businesses, governments, multilaterals and civil society for the purpose of knowledge and idea sharing on global health, driving the creation of high-impact partnerships, collective actions and coalitions; providing recognition and visibility to companies for the global health work they support; championing best practices in business engagements on health; representing businesses in key global health settings; and providing advisory services and guidance to individual companies, as needed. However, Gbchealth ceased operations in 2023.
