The purpose OF the Foundation are charitable and educational; To effectuate these purposes it specifically seeks to provide college educational Grants to first generation Americans or students who have lost a parent to a violent act and to provide charitable assitance to those in need OF basic human services such as clean water, food, clothing and shelter to individuals lacking these basic human needs.An annual Sailing Regatta held each year on or about September 11th. The race is in memory OF Firefighter Patrick J.O'Keefe who died September 11, 2001. Donations from the Regatta are our only source OF income. All funds raised are used for Scholarships and charitable givings and running the annual event.
