To provide low-income affordable Housing to formerly homeless single parent families with supportive services that prepare them for independent living. The organization receives labor services from settlement Housing fund, inc.,(shf) its affiliated parent organization. The organization reimburses shf for the wage costs paid by shf inc. for these services.
