The mission of New York state Corrections and Youth Services is to build bridges among agencies, associations and individuals working with offenders, victims, clients and their families. We promote professional development, we encourage innovative practices and we provide professional training to ensure our members and affiliates provide a meaningful contribution to a better New York.
