The Spizzwinks of Yale University Inc

The Spizzwinks of Yale University, Inc. is organized exclusively for educational and charitable purposes that qualify as exempt purposes under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code and shall include the following activities: a) to promote public appreciation of group harmony singing and to educate students at Yale University of New Haven, Connecticut ("Yale"); b) to train and instruct students at Yale with a demonstrated vocal ability in the art of a cappella group harmony singing; c) to provide students at Yale with an opportunity to compose and/or arrange their own musical performances; d) to provide members of the general public and students at Yale, other colleges, public high schools, preparatory schools, and other educational institutions with an opportunity to hear the performance, and gain an appreciation, of group harmony singing; e) to cooperate with other music-oriented non-profit organizations.
