Chicago Elevator Association

The education and enhancement of Elevator safety and promotion of information related to safe operation of elevators within the Chicago area. Activities include periodic meetings among the membership and other members of the public service to improve awareness of Elevator safety and operations. This is acomplished through meetings of the membership at which time public speakers, safety engineers, and construction specialists address the general membership. To create a forum to exchange ideas to improve safety and discuss the general issues related to the Elevator and escalator industry in order to foster the development of the profession. To increase membership to attain a broader depth of industry professionals to better support the above listed exempt functions.
