Foundation for Health and Development

To solicit contributions in the United States and elsewhere to provide support for the activities and the benefit of American university of nigeria (the"university"), a charitable and educational organization organized under the laws of nigeria, and any other organization worldwide which are currently organized and operated exclusively to promote language, arts, science, information technology and research by conferring degrees and otherwise aiding in the Development and formation of the character of the population served so long as those activities remain organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended.
